What we collect when you contact us, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
Who is responsible
Aitterrami Consulting Services – FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. For any question or request, write to contact@acs-invest.com.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number, the area you are interested in, and your message. We ask for nothing else, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
If you write to us through the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is also subject to Meta’s own privacy terms.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to send you the documentation you ask for, and to keep track of our exchange if the conversation continues. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box before sending the form.
Who processes it
Your submission is stored in our internal lead tracker, hosted on our own server at OVH. Google Workspace holds the underlying spreadsheet and our professional mailboxes, and Brevo sends the internal notification that alerts our team to a new enquiry. No other tool receives this data, and it is never passed to the developers of the projects unless you ask us to introduce you.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange, after which the record is deleted. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do so.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@acs-invest.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the lead tracker is restricted to the ACS team and protected by authentication.
Third-party content
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the IP address of your browser when a page is displayed. No cookie is set by this request.
Governing framework
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates.
